All BODHI bikes come speed restricted to 25km/h (200watts) which meet the Australian regulations for electric power assisted bikes. Each state can have slightly different requirements in regards to what defines an ebike (EPAC). We do encourage all our customers to check their local state laws as these are updated regularly. Our bikes come fitted with a throttle and isolator which mean they can be turned on for private property use or off to meet local regulations. Our bike models can be speed unlocked for private use only once a compliance has been signed. Please reach out to us for this.

Range can vary greatly based on factors like rider weight, terrain, throttle Vs Pedal Assist use.

In general our 20Ah battery will get you approx 80+ kms on pedal assist and approx 40+ kms on throttle only

Our 25Ah battery will get you approx 100+ kms on pedal assit and approx 40+ kms on throttle only

As with any bike, regular cleaning and maintnace is essential. Most bike stores will happily service your bike from flat tyres, brake page changes as well as regular routine maintance

While our bikes do have a level of waterproofness, they cannot be submerged. Please also take care when cleaning espeically if using high pressue hoses to stay away from electrical components like the battery and the controller location under the seat
